ABOUT

For as long as she can remember, Mandy has always had a story playing in her head. Through the years, she’s use multiple ways to express the fantastical, exciting, cute, and fun worlds being built on the daily. Her favorite way to share the worlds is through images.

 As an adult, she started off wanting to tell stories through words and received a Bachelor’s Degree in English from South Dakota State University after switching from Animation when her life pivoted. It taught her skills in developing more interesting characters and stories that she now takes into mind when she’s developing her characters and art.

Mandy specializes in developing characters, worlds, and illustrations geared towards children. She especially plays with the theme of creepy mixed with cute since the world is not always an easy place to navigate.

She currently resides in South Dakota with her spouse, 2 toddlers, a mutt, and her at least 500 dolls.
